What is EditionKey?
EditionKey is a registry and certificate system for physical collectibles and related digital certificate records.
Getting StartedIs EditionKey a marketplace?
No. EditionKey does not provide trading, bidding, price discovery, platform tokens, investment advice, buybacks or return promises.
Safety & PolicyWhat appears in the Sol Card section?
Sol Card shows public EditionKey identity records for physical cards registered through the trusted CardGen integration after sale. It may show the card image, Card ID, certificate, source theme, edition and verification status, but never the customer's name, email or phone.
VerificationWhat am I buying in the EditionKey Shop?
You are buying a physical collectible card. If the card includes an NFT Certificate, that certificate is the card's digital certificate and is not an investment product.
Getting StartedWhen is a specific Card Unit assigned to my order?
Checkout creates a short inventory lock. EditionKey assigns the exact Card Unit and Card ID only after payment succeeds.
Getting StartedWhen do I receive the certificate claim email after checkout?
After Stripe confirms payment, EditionKey marks the order paid, assigns the sold Card Unit, creates claim eligibility and sends the claim invitation to your checkout contact.
My CardsWhy does My Cards show shipping or pickup status beside certificate status?
Physical fulfillment and digital certificate claiming are separate. A card can be pending shipment or pickup while its NFT Certificate is still preparing or waiting for claim.
My CardsWhy might my cart ask me to split an order?
Self-pickup is tied to a single Shop theme and address. If a multi-theme cart contains pickup-only items or conflicting fulfillment rules, EditionKey asks you to split the order.

Registry
The EditionKey record system for collectible identities, certificate status and provenance context.
Card ID
The stable identifier printed on a physical card or used in a public verification URL.
Certificate No.
The platform certificate number associated with a registry record.
Certificate Artifact
A PDF or PNG display copy generated from a certificate snapshot; the live Card page remains the source of truth.
artifactHash
A hash of the privacy-safe certificate snapshot used to compare a downloaded copy with the record it was generated from.
image2 Decoration
An approved decorative background or border asset that must not contain certificate facts, logos, signatures, card photos, wallets or chain fields.
NFT Certificate
The physical card's digital certificate associated with an EditionKey record, not an investment product.
Official
An asset confirmed as official by EditionKey or an authorized first-party source.
EditionKey is a registry and certificate system. It is not a trading marketplace, investment adviser, broker, exchange, or promise of asset value.
