EditionKey is a registry and certificate system for physical collectibles and related digital certificate records.

No. EditionKey does not provide trading, bidding, price discovery, platform tokens, investment advice, buybacks or return promises.

Sol Card shows public EditionKey identity records for physical cards registered through the trusted CardGen integration after sale. It may show the card image, Card ID, certificate, source theme, edition and verification status, but never the customer's name, email or phone.

You are buying a physical collectible card. If the card includes an NFT Certificate, that certificate is the card's digital certificate and is not an investment product.

Checkout creates a short inventory lock. EditionKey assigns the exact Card Unit and Card ID only after payment succeeds.

After Stripe confirms payment, EditionKey marks the order paid, assigns the sold Card Unit, creates claim eligibility and sends the claim invitation to your checkout contact.

Physical fulfillment and digital certificate claiming are separate. A card can be pending shipment or pickup while its NFT Certificate is still preparing or waiting for claim.

Self-pickup is tied to a single Shop theme and address. If a multi-theme cart contains pickup-only items or conflicting fulfillment rules, EditionKey asks you to split the order.

Scan the QR code or enter the Card ID, then compare the physical item with the registry record, edition details, media and status labels.

The record may be unpublished, mistyped, retired, not yet released or outside the current public registry.

It is the physical card's digital certificate associated with the matching EditionKey record. It is not a promise of value, income, liquidity or resale.

No. The online Card verification page is the live source of truth. PDF and PNG certificate artifacts are verifiable display copies that include a QR or URL, generatedAt timestamp and artifactHash.

Yes. Certificate PDFs are designed for A4 printing with readable QR codes, badges, long hashes and certificate facts. Always scan the QR to verify the live record before relying on a printed copy.

No. image2 assets are decorative backgrounds or borders only. They must not generate Card IDs, Certificate No., QR codes, signatures, logos, card photos, chain fields, wallets or portraits, and unapproved image2 assets cannot be used for formal certificates.

Certificate downloads must not expose full email, phone number, full wallet address, raw claim token, provider secret, private key, seed phrase or recovery phrase. Public output uses wallet previews and system-rendered facts.

No. EditionKey separately displays the registered certificate owner, custody method and on-chain holder. None of them alone proves physical possession of the collectible.

Use the secure email link to sign in and open My Cards, then confirm Receive with EditionKey custody. No wallet is required. Opening the email alone does not receive or transfer anything; a Base wallet is optional only for a later on-chain release.

My Cards shows cards because they are linked to your verified email. A valid email invitation can verify that email and sign you in for one hour. It does not show cards merely from a public Card ID lookup.

A trusted sales channel sent EditionKey the matching Card ID and your purchase contact after payment succeeded, so EditionKey sent a claim invitation for that card's NFT Certificate.

No. The secure invitation verifies the original purchase email and opens My Cards; it does not claim or transfer a certificate. It is not a wallet private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, NFT Certificate, ETH or platform token.

Claim links expire after 7 days by default. The expired-link page can ask for the purchase email or phone and show generic success text; if the contact matches an unclaimed eligible card, EditionKey sends a new link to the original purchase contact.

The public Card page is visible to anyone with the Card ID. EditionKey does not put an active resend button there because a non-buyer could trigger unwanted messages to the real buyer.

Initial receipt and later ownership transfer are separate flows. A platform-custodied certificate can be transferred to another email through an explicit acceptance invitation; a certificate already transferred to a wallet cannot be moved by EditionKey without that wallet's authorization.

If transfer has not happened, contact support so the claim can follow a controlled correction flow. Once the NFT Certificate is transferred to a personal wallet, EditionKey cannot move it again without that wallet's authorization.

Public pages should use truncated wallet previews. Admin workflows may need full values internally for review and transfer.

Official means EditionKey or an authorized first-party source has confirmed the record as an official asset or certificate.

Self-issued means the asset is issued by EditionKey or the project entity controlling the registry record.

Partner Verified means a partner, studio or brand relationship has been reviewed before public display.

Indexed Only means chain or public data is displayed as an index. It does not mean EditionKey endorses the asset.

Registry Only means the record exists in EditionKey but does not have confirmed chain certificate data.

Pending Mint means a certificate has not yet been minted or the chain step has not been completed.

Manual sync keeps the first release controlled and avoids publishing unreviewed or incorrect chain facts.

Creators and partners can prepare source evidence for review. Candidates do not become public until accepted.

A public record should use media that EditionKey or the submitting party has permission to display.

Reject candidates with unclear source, rights concerns, misleading claims, poor metadata or an unsuitable fit for the registry.
