1. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind them.
You must be authorized to use the uploaded image and the people, toys, brands, logos, text and other material shown in it. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive or privacy-invasive content.
2. AI-assisted creation
EditionKey may privately process your upload and description with configured AI and public-search services to analyze the photo, suggest configured fields and generate a complete card face.
AI and public-source suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. You must review the fields and selected design. EditionKey does not use AI output to authenticate the toy or a referenced brand.
3. Your content and the public-display licence
You keep any rights you hold in your original content. You grant EditionKey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, adapt and process that content as needed to provide the Toy Card service, conduct safety review, make the physical card and preserve its digital identity.
After successful payment and EditionKey approval, you also authorize EditionKey and its service providers to display, reproduce, distribute and promote the final Toy Card in EditionKey websites, galleries, social or promotional materials and archival verification records. This licence permits reasonable resizing, localization and presentation changes, but does not transfer ownership of your underlying rights.
EditionKey will not publish the original uploaded photo separately as a gallery item. Private processing, review, production, dispute handling and lawful recordkeeping remain permitted under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The public-display licence continues while the Toy Card record, verification history or previously released promotional material is maintained. EditionKey may remove a card from showcase at its discretion; removal does not require deletion of identity, audit, transaction or legal records.
4. Review and prohibited content
Payment does not guarantee public display. EditionKey reviews paid Toy Cards before production and publication and may approve public production, approve production without public display, request correction, hide a published card or pause a submission that violates policy or law.
Where the confirmed review outcome requires cancellation and refund, the refund is processed through the original Stripe payment route. Processing time may depend on Stripe and your financial institution.
5. Physical card, price and delivery
Each submission purchases one made-to-order physical Toy Card and one Card ID. The category fixes the card language, card back and print specification. Delivery is by post only.
An eligible first paid order may open a 48-hour combined-shipping batch for the same authorized buyer email and delivery address, up to ten Toy Cards. An expired, full, closed, packing or shipped batch cannot receive another card, and a new shipping charge may apply.
6. Digital identity and certificate
After payment, EditionKey may create a Card ID, Certificate No., Registry record, My Cards custody record and an NFT Certificate record marked Not Minted for the matching physical card.
Payment and review do not automatically Mint or place anything on-chain. Mint is a separate, audited manual platform action. The certificate is a digital identity record for the physical card, not an investment product or promise of resale value.
7. Toy and brand disclaimer
The EditionKey record verifies the EditionKey-produced and registered physical card. It does not authenticate the toy shown in the image and does not imply sponsorship, authorization or cooperation by a referenced manufacturer, character owner or brand.
8. Privacy, records and contact
The Toy Card Privacy Policy explains collection, providers, public information and retention. EditionKey may preserve payment, identity, consent, review, audit and dispute records where required to operate the service or comply with law.
For rights, privacy or takedown questions, contact EditionKey through the official Contact page and include the relevant draft reference or Card ID without sending sensitive payment credentials.
